As a social enterprise, CCC is driven by a social mission to provide employment opportunities in a supportive environment to people who experience barriers to employment.
Causeway Commercial Cleaning is operated under Causeway Work Centre, a not-for-profit agency in Ottawa that helps people with barriers to employment like mental illness or disabilities to find meaningful and rewarding work. Causeway Work Centre runs 4 social enterprises that provide people with the opportunity to work, gain experience and skills, and build the self-confidence they need to reach their employment goals.
